I started out as a developer before quickly finding that my real passion was for managing people. My career has progressed from development to support and quickly on to Professional Services leadership. I’ve managed services teams in the software industry for over 20 years. I enjoy breaking down the barriers that often silo different functions in order to bring teams together and work for the good of the business.

I’ve managed onshore, nearshore and offshore teams. My primary focus has been in the ERP industry. I’ve worked with a number of different products in different verticals including Manufacturing, Retailing, Wholesale and Distribution markets.

Most of my career has been spent at larger organisations including a UK PLC and a $600m global business. More recently, I’ve ventured into the fast-paced world of start-ups/scales-ups where I led the services and support teams for a IoT/AI SaaS business delivering cutting-edge solutions for manufacturing organisations.

I thrive when faced with needing a creative solution to overcome a problem. One of my favourite career moments is sourcing, acquiring and integrating a SME Manufacturing ERP solution to order to address a gap in my companies’ product portfolio. I designed the GTM strategy which resulted in new logo sales every year I was in the business.

I’m a Prince 2 qualified project manager and I have a wealth of experience in engaging with C-suite executives as both internal and external stakeholders.
